Connect with Missy: 
As Director of Client Services for ShowCase Marketing, Missy spends most of her time consulting with clients and leading the client service and business development teams. A former business owner and CEO of her own coaching and consulting firm, Missy plays a lead role with business and Ministry clients in the areas of team building, conflict resolution, leadership development, and temperament assessment, helping organizations grow from the inside out. She also assists clients with their recruiting and retention challenges. A native of Iron Mountain, Michigan, she spent several years as Community Development Director for the American Cancer Society before building her consulting practice. A leader and teacher passionate at developing people’s potential, she also co-founded FOCUS Home School co-op in Upstate South Carolina, providing leadership development and enrichment initiatives to students 5-13 years of age. Missy serves on the Board of Directors for the Upstate Community Mediation Center which is a non-profit organization that offers a voluntary alternative to the adversarial court process by resolving disputes through the use of mediation. Missy and her two children Drew (13) and Samantha (12) live in the Greenville area.
