Leadership: Is it lost or missing?

Leading growth, in both relationships and organizations, requires accepting whether something (a resource, a person, a window of opportunity, a client, a passion, a vision, an employee, a moment) is lost or missing. If it’s missing, finding it usually starts with deciding 1 of 3 things:
