OK, I get it, we DON’T have the budget for THIS in the facilities this year. But…here’s the challenge: Suspend judgment on “what we can”, and dream about “What could be” one day in your organization’s facility.
K, now watch this video. Someone, somewhere, suspended judgment on the question “What are our limits”, when they approached the simple idea of “let’s add a fountain.” And in the creative process, they allowed themselves to dream logistics and pricing, and then sometime along the way, made a decision to complete the idea. THEN when they were ready, they put belief over budget, with enough faith that it would bring the ROI, and they actually did it.
